Job Title: Business Development Manager – Government Sales (Power & IT Sector)
Location: New Delhi, India

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development initiatives in the power and IT sectors, covering hardware, software, and service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients across central and state departments.
- Lead end-to-end tendering processes, including documentation, submission, and post-submission follow-ups.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to government stakeholders.
- Oversee operations related to call centers, meter reading services, and IT service delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with government procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Travel extensively across India to support client meetings, project execution, and business expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in government sales and client relationship management.
- In-depth understanding of government tendering processes and procurement norms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently across Pan India.
- Experience in IT hardware/software sales, call center operations, and meter reading services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with state or central government agencies.
• Familiarity with e-Governance projects and public sector IT initiatives.
Compensation:
Salary Range: ₹15,00,000 – ₹22,00,000 per annum
